Corridor Developments and Construction TMA Member Developments Westfield North Bridge Development The Le Meridien Hotel opened on June 1, 2001. This completed the construction of the 2.1 million square foot John Buck Company North Bridge Development bounded by Ontario Street, Michigan Avenue, Hubbard Street and State Street. Elements of the development that are open and in operation include the Homewood Suites Hotel, the Rush-Ohio-Wabash Self Park, the ESPN Zone, the Hilton Gardens Inn Hotel, Nordstrom, the Shops at North Bridge and Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab Restaurant. DisneyQuest opened on June 16, 1999, but then closed in 2001. The Room and Board Furniture Store opened in the former DisneyQuest site, at 55 East Ohio Street, in January 2004. In 2004, the North Bridge Development was renamed Westfield North Bridge, and Westfield is now in partnership with John Buck in managing the North Bridge properties. Centrum City Front Plaza |
