John Ferguson, PE

Many of John's projects have included multiple work locations, complex staging and traffic control, crossings over environmentally sensitive waterways, and projects with compressed delivery timelines.

John is also T.Y. Lin International's Alternative Delivery Program Director, in which he serves a leadership role for strategizing, planning, and delivering design-build and public-private-partnership projects in the Americas. In this role, Mr. Ferguson is active in assessing financial and commercial risks; negotiating contracts; building relationship with contractors; and mobilizing resources for alternative delivery project opportunities.
