John Flint champions T.Y. Lin International's strategic goals for the transportation market sector. He has 33 years of experience in transportation consulting, with a majority of that experience as a firm principal.
John has served as Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge for numerous large, multidisciplinary transportation projects. His expertise includes providing transportation planning, feasibility studies, preliminary and final engineering, rehabilitation, and design services.
John has managed and directed projects using both the traditional design-bid-build and design-build methods, and he has served as the lead engineer for the development of major Public/Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
