Irene Minabe

With more than 20 years of experience, Irene manages the Human Resources (HR) areas for T.Y Lin International.

As Human Resources Director, she leads the Corporate HR team in supporting more than 700 employees across 30+ US offices. Irene is a member of the Strategic Planning team and also serves as chairperson on several TYLI committees. Irene has played a key role in the HR integration for eight of TYLI’s acquisitions.
