In his current role as Director - South Region, Jim Moreno is responsible for the delivery of all services to T.Y. Lin International's clients. Under his direction, the firm has successfully completed many planning, final design and construction management projects.
His commitment to quality and serving clients' needs have brought him recognition among his peers and many clients throughout Florida.
Jim has more than 37 years of engineering experience. After 14 years in the public sector, working for the New York City Transit Authority and the Miami-Dade Transit Agency, Jim became a consultant where he initially managed and directed preliminary engineering studies, environmental assessments and impact statements, and alternatives analyses for highway, bridge, airport, port, transit and other projects. Jim was responsible for overall performance and operations in Central Florida and the Southeast U.S.
