The Ministry of Finance Building Project consists of three blocks of 7-story to 13-story office buildings (the North, South and Centre Towers) located at Precinct 2 in the core island of Putrajaya.
Project Highlights:
- The structural frames were designed to withstand lateral load induced from a high hillslope behind the building. This lateral force was eventually transferred to the foundation, which was designed to withstand the lateral forces.
- The Centre Tower is curved inwards and supported on column frames inclined at 15° to achieve the leaning effect.
