Project Highlights:
- A 50-story office tower is proposed, as well as a 2-level underground parking garage and a 7-level elevated carpark (from tower level 3 to level 9).
- Included is a multipurpose hall at the basement level.
- The standard structural system for office floors and part of the elevated parking levels will use a one-way post-tensioning beam and slab system. A two-way conventional beam and slab system is being utilized for basements, retail spaces and mechanical and electrical floors.
