T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Tara Boggio, AICP, Associate Vice President, has been named Senior Business Development Manager for Upstate New York. In her new position, Boggio will lead the expansion of TYLI’s staff and services throughout the upstate region.
