T.Y. Lin International Hires Stéphane Dulor, P.E., as Bridge Services Manager, Southern California


T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Stéphane Dulor, P.E., has joined the firm as Bridge Services Manager for the Southern California market. Based in TYLI’s office in Irvine, California, Dulor comes to the firm with 20 years of bridge design and project management experience in highway, railroad, transit, and pedestrian bridge structures. He will support the business development and project management efforts of the firm’s Irvine, Los Angeles, and Ontario operations.

Dulor’s impressive project portfolio encompasses a diverse selection of bridge types, including both conventional and large complex bridges, and involves every stage of project development, including traditional delivery and alternative delivery methods. He also brings hands-on experience with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, regional Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and local municipalities.

Dulor earned his Engineering Diploma, Structures/Civil Engineering, from the Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs de Marseille (ESIM), now known as Centrale Marseille in France. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California, as well as a professional engineer in France and Europe. Dulor is an active member of the American Segmental Bridge Institute, Precast Concrete International, and the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering.
