In his role, Alexander will collaborate with and manage project teams, perform engineering design, and prepare plans and specifications for highway engineering projects.

He was also Design Group Manager, serving as Project Manager for GDOT projects throughout Macon-Bibb County. His projects include the $400 million I-16 at I-75 Interchange Reconstruction, comprising the design of four interchanges and the realignment of a system-to system-interchange, and the $38 million Sardis Church Road Extension, which included the design of a new, four-lane divided highway. Alexander also served as Project Manager for the five-year, statewide GDOT Utility Coordination Contract, providing design, construction engineering and inspection, and resource allocation services.

“Nicoe is recognized for his strategic planning, engineering, and team-building skills, which he has provided on highway projects of every size and complexity across the state of Georgia,” said Chuck Deeb, P.E., LEED® AP, TYLI Vice President. “He is an impressive fit for T.Y. Lin International’s growing transportation group in Atlanta.”
