T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Dusan Radojevic, Ph.D., P.Eng., has been hired as Regional Director, Bridge Line of Business, for TYLI’s Northwest Region. In his role, Radojevic will act as Project Manager/Technical Director and client interface on specific bridge-related projects and provide day-to-day technical guidance, supervision, and career mentoring to region and office engineering staff.

Radojevic joins TYLI with 30 years of experience, including over 20 years of comprehensive experience with large and complex bridge projects around the world. His expertise encompasses a wide range of bridge types, including the design, analysis, erection engineering, and rehabilitation of cable-supported bridges in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Past projects for Radojevic include the new Gordie Howe International Bridge, which will have a 2,799-foot-long main span and connect Detroit, Michigan, in the United States and Windsor, Ontario, in Canada; the Kosciuszko Bridge, a landmark cable-stayed crossing linking the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens in New York, New York; the 1915 Çanakkale Suspension Bridge in Turkey, which has a world-record suspended main span of 2,023 meters; and the deck replacement of the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge in Canada, which marks only the second time that a suspension bridge had its suspended spans completely replaced while allowing regular traffic flow between deck segment replacements.

Radojevic earned a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade in Serbia, where he also served as a member of the Faculty of Engineering. The author of numerous technical papers on bridge design, he is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Alberta in Canada.
