A message from T.Y. Lin International about the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To all our valued clients, partners, and associates:

T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) would like to reassure everyone that our operations have not been substantively impacted by the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we remain ‘open for business.’ While we are mindful of the rapidly evolving nature of this situation, we remain dedicated to maintaining a high level of client service and are fully staffed and capable of achieving your project’s goals.

To protect the health and welfare of our staff and to ensure that our service to you is not diminished or interrupted, we have instituted new protocols and procedures on self-isolation, travel, and remote working. We have also asked our staff to reduce or eliminate all non-essential in-person meetings. Should you have any upcoming meetings (at one of our offices or project sites), we will contact you shortly to arrange for an alternative method to meet (teleconference or virtual meeting). These procedures have been put in place effective immediately and will continue until further notice.

We at TYLI hope you stay safe and healthy throughout this crisis, and you appreciate that our new protocols intend to make our business more resilient in the face of this threat and to serve you better.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your TYLI representative or email me at matthew.cummings@tylin.com.

Best regards,
Matt Cummings
