A prerequisite for this certification is two to six years of substantial, documented direct project experience in design-build (D-B) project delivery.

T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that the new Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) extension from the Warm Springs Station in Fremont, California, to northern San Jose has opened as of June 13, 2020. TYLI, in a joint venture as lead designer, provided engineering design services for Phase 1 of the $2.3 billion project. The firm worked with the lead agency, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), and BART on design review and approval for this design-build contract.

The "Queens Ribbon" - A New Bridge for the Millennium

Lin International, and Sam Schwartz Engineering. The pedestrian-bicycle bridge would connect Queens to Manhattan.
