Desa ParkCity is a development on approximately 1,914,163 square meters of mixed use development and located at Mk. Batu, Kuala Lumpur. When completed, it is projected to hold approximate 7,280 residential units with a population of 35,000. The original site was a quarry plant, which produced aggregates, crusher run and quarry dust for road and building work construction. A majority of the site area was of granite rock formation.
- TYLI was involved in the project management of the infrastructure works, which include earthworks, sewage, water supply, roads and drainage works.
- Since 2000, when the planning phase began on Desa ParkCity, it has proven that the design of the complete, well-organized infrastructure has contributed greatly to the success of the development and ensured its long-term sustainability.
