Manuel Barredo
At TYLin since 2004, Manuel Barredo has served since 2006 as Director of Construction Management for high-speed railway projects for the Spanish Ministry of Transportation and ADIF (the Spanish Railway Administrator). His experience includes managing complex projects with budgets over €40 million and tight deadlines for commissioning.
His expertise encompasses the design and construction of high-speed rail lines, the control of tunnel execution using the NATM method, the construction of high-speed viaducts, track assembly, and civil works for safety and communication installations. He has also overseen the commissioning of railway sections, among other responsibilities.
In addition, Manuel works on project drafting and project management for many TYLin contracts, with a recent focus on international tender projects. He has also led the R&D project for the PGO software, a Works Management Program designed for the control and monitoring of contracts, in alignment with TYLin's Management System.
