Ray Fares Promoted to SVP, Rail + Transit
TYLin is pleased to announce the promotion of Ray Fares, PE, to Senior Vice President. Ray will oversee strategy and growth for the Rail + Transit Sector with a focus on the western U.S. and Texas.
Ray has over 25 years of experience in managing and directing major transportation and infrastructure projects. He has played a pivotal role in the development of our Rail + Transit Sector and portfolio in the southwestern U.S. over the past ten years. This includes the oversight and management of some of the largest projects, programs and staff in TYLin’s Rail + Transit Sector. In his new role, Ray will oversee the Rail + Transit growth into new markets and clients, with a heavy focus on strategic pursuits and mega-projects. He will also provide leadership for expansion into the Texas market.
