National Mosque, Kuantan
TYLin was selected to provide civil and structural engineering (C&S) services for the development of the National Mosque in Kuantan in the federal state of Pahang, Malaysia.
The proposed development will be located at KotaSAS, Pahang’s new 2000-acre, master-planned township development. The project owner is Majlis Ugama Islam Dan Adat Resam Melayu Pahang (MUIP).
The new National Mosque and Islamic Center will occupy a total land area of close to 27.75 acres. Facilities will include a 4-story mosque with hall, a nikah (wedding/event) hall, seminar rooms, a kuliah (lecture) room, an Islamic gallery, an exhibition gallery, a library, a hotel, and a sports facility.
