A respected mentor and champion of diversity, equity and inclusion, Clark Fernon is the Business Transformation leader for Global Infrastructure.

Clark leads significant business transformation initiatives, such as identifying operational efficiencies across our alliance of brands through shared systems and processes. Leading the Business Solutions and Commercial Management teams, Clark works with project managers to standardize our approach, improve our suite of project management tools, and assess and manage risk.

Previously, Clark has acted as Roads + Highways Sector Leader for the Americas and held leadership roles for significant rail and transit projects in the Southwest District. These include the California High-Speed Rail program and the Mid-Coast Light Rail Transit project for SANDAG, serving as the the Principal-in-Charge for TYLin’s Project Management Consultant (PMC) team. The USD $2 billion project includes 11 miles of new double tracking, nearly half on elevated viaduct, with nine stations, extensive retaining walls, and other project features.

A registered Professional Engineer in California and Nevada, Clark has also served as a Director of the San Diego Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and is a member and past President of both the San Diego & Imperial Counties Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the San Diego Transportation Development Association (SDTDA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.
