TYLin was responsible for the Master Plan Update for El Dorado International Airport (BOG) in Bogota, Colombia.
TYLin’s analysis considered airport improvements to runways, taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, terminals, landside roadways, cargo, hydrant fuel farm, utilities, and other support facilities. The update included short-, intermediate-, and long-term improvements for Colombia’s largest and busiest airport.
The Master Plan Update comprised an inventory of the airport’s existing conditions, as well as a full range of other services, including:

- Requirement analysis and concept development
- Capacity study
- Development and selection of alternatives
- Implementation plan
- Financial feasibility study
- Airport layout plan
