David Williams Joins TYLin as PM + CM Sector Manager

TYLin’s Project Management + Construction Management (PM + CM) practice area announces the addition of David Williams, CCM, PMP, DBIA, as Sector Manager, Northwest. David will lead the delivery of PM and CM services in the Pacific Northwest with a strong emphasis on utilization and project budgets and schedules. He will spearhead business development efforts as we meet client needs in the region.

David has more than 30 years of experience managing heavy infrastructure construction focused on complex transportation, water, and wastewater projects. He is a seasoned program manager, construction manager, and project manager. His project delivery experience is diverse and includes third party, at-risk, design-build / alternative delivery, and owner's agent. By performing value engineering and constructability reviews on significant infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada, David has earned a reputation for exceeding industry standards. He has demonstrated the technical leadership to secure and deliver successful projects. His capacity to connect with clients contributes to his ability to achieve business development goals and deliver high-level client satisfaction.

David has served as Construction Manager on multi-million-dollar water and rail projects. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Construction Management Association of America, Design Build Institute of America, Project Management Institute, Water Environment Federation, and American Water Works Association.
