Lead Bridge Engineer
Hans has expertise in design, analysis, and construction of large signature bridges. He is a specialist in seismic design and analysis of complex structures.
Hans is also an expert in construction and erection engineering and analysis of segmental and cable-stayed bridges. He has been involved in several major projects related to homeland security and terrorist vulnerability assessment/hardening, including leading sophisticated solid modeling of steel towers subjected to blast loading with state-of-the-art time-dependent material modeling.
Hans has co-authored several articles for various industry publications and presented his findings in presentations and webinars.
