Jacinto is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the sector since 2000, having held various senior positions in major companies. His roles have included Director and Author of civil engineering projects for both national and international clients, conducting due diligence for investors, and serving as Project Director for numerous road and tunnel projects. Jacinto has worked in several countries, including Romania, England, Brazil, and Bahrain.

In 2017, he joined TYLin as Project Coordinator, where he has been responsible for designing mechanized and conventional tunnel projects, including associated structures, geotechnical studies, ground settlements, monitoring, risk analysis, and cost estimation for road, railway, and hydraulic projects. Since 2023, he has been the Director of the Tunnels Division at TYLin.

Jacinto has published technical papers on structures and pavements and has participated in several national technical seminars on civil engineering topics. He is fluent in several languages (English, French, Italian, Portuguese) and continues to study additional languages (German, Russian, Chinese, Latin, and Ancient Greek).
