Industrial Engineer with over 25 years of experience, José Antonio has built his career as a consultant in the railway and industrial sectors, participating in more than 350 projects and contracts.

His expertise includes consulting on numerous railway projects, with responsibilities during the construction phase in areas such as track, electrification, signaling, telecommunications, and building. He has also conducted detailed engineering studies and projects, particularly in electrification, signaling, safety, railway communications, and industrial installations.

Additionally, he has held senior management responsibilities in both companies and multinational groups, overseeing a business division comprising five units and managing a team of over 130 employees. His career reflects strong leadership and extensive experience in directing complex systems and projects.
