Civil Engineer with an MBA, Manel has spent most of his professional career at TYLin, specializing in railway and road infrastructure. Since 2006, he has combined his role as Project Director with responsibilities in the Direction and Management of the Infrastructure Management Division at TYLin.

He has led and managed projects for many public administrations, notably contributing to works for Infraestructures.cat (the public administration of Catalan infrastructures) and the Spanish Ministry of Development. His experience and leadership in the sector have allowed him to make significant contributions to major infrastructure projects in the region.
