Maya Stuhlbarg
Maya is an experienced structural engineer who believes that through equitable design practices we can build a better world that serves everyone.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Maya has been involved in new construction and renovation projects with a variety of structural systems. Clients for ongoing and recently completed work include cultural institutions, community organizations, and commercial and mixed-use developers. Maya is the co-founder and Director of the sector-wide Building Equity Initiative which aims to provides pro-bono and low-bono structural engineering design services that contribute to societal equity. She has also been active in a number of professional associations and initiatives, including serving several years on the SEAoNY Board of Directors.
