Richard has over 32 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction management of major infrastructure projects, including landside and airside improvement at both large hub and general aviation airports. He works exclusively on aviation projects and has served as project manager or principal-in-charge for major aviation design and construction projects at Miami International Airport (MIA), Orlando International Airport (MCO), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
