Rick is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm's growing Aviation practice, as well as overseeing all domestic and international airport projects from a marketing and business development perspective to project execution and delivery. 

During his 30-year career as an engineer, Rick has held a wide variety of positions, from design engineer for small general aviation airport projects, to program manager for billion-dollar capital programs at domestic and international airports. 

His expertise includes the planning, design, and construction administration for airside, landside, and support infrastructure facilities for both commercial and general aviation airports. His projects are completed in accordance with both Federal Aviation Administration and International Civil Aviation Organization standards.
