Beth McCluskey Joins TYLin as Intermodal Growth Leader

TYLin, a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Beth McCluskey has joined the firm as Associate Vice President and Intermodal Growth Leader. In this role, Beth will be an industry presence for the Chicago transportation market, while also working with the greater Rail + Transit Sector nationwide to further develop our technical depth, foster business development, and lead growth strategies and project implementation.
Beth joins TYLin with more than 25 years of experience, including her previous leadership role in Multimodal Strategy and Growth at a large consulting firm. Prior to that, she served as Director of the Office of Intermodal Project Implementation for the Illinois Department of Transportation, responsible for Rail, Transit, Aeronautics and State Safety Oversight Agency functions. She facilitated both the Chicago to St. Louis High Speed Rail effort and CREATE program implementation.
“We are very excited to have Beth join the TYLin team as our Intermodal Growth Leader,” says Joseph Yesbeck, P.E., Senior Vice President and Rail + Transit Sector Leader for TYLin. “Beth’s knowledge of transportation programming and commuter rail experience and her relationships with various transit agencies make her an excellent fit as we work to raise our profile with our rail and intermodal clients in the Midwest and throughout the country.”
Beth holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
