T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Robert (Rob) Still, P.E., has joined Lindbergh & Associates, a T.Y. Lin International Company, as Senior Structural Engineer. In his new role, Still will be responsible for project management and the structural design of major and minor buildings and special structures.

Still comes to TYLI with more than 18 years of experience in design and engineering management. He has extensive knowledge of Integrated Project Delivery, partnering, and the design and analysis of building materials. Specific to structural design, Still’s experience includes wind and seismic design, progressive collapse, and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection principles and concepts. He has managed complex construction projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $45 million.

Still’s portfolio includes numerous projects for state agencies, federal government, and private owners. He has also worked on a wide variety of project types, such as multistory commercial, higher education, and medical office buildings, hospitals, and K-12 schools. Along with directing subconsultants, Still has served as prime architect/engineer (A/E) to facilitate project delivery from initiation to closeout.

A registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina, Still received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in Charleston. He is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Structural Engineers Association.
