T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) Group, a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, welcomes Ian MacLeod as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his role, MacLeod will work with senior leadership to design and enable the talent agenda that will allow delivery of the strategic business plan for the Group and the Global Infrastructure firms under TYLI Group’s parent company, Dar Group. He will also oversee leadership and talent management efforts, direct best practices regarding reward and compensation, and establish an enhanced human resources operating model that creates greater connectivity and effectiveness, including talent attraction, mobility, and employee development.

MacLeod comes to TYLI Group with more than 25 years of experience in human resources leadership for large, complex, and diversified environments, including holding senior leadership positions with global professional services firms in engineering, construction, and operations management. His proven success includes building best-in-class human resource organizations and maximizing firmwide talent and organizational capability through comprehensive human resource services and programs.

As CHRO, MacLeod will also play a key role in connecting the worldwide resources of all firms under Dar Group’s Global Infrastructure pillar. The Global Infrastructure pillar consists of over 5,000 professionals across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, with a powerful range of technical expertise and disciplines serving all transportation sectors and with deep resources in building engineering.

MacLeod earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
