T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that Bryon Letourneau, P.E., has joined TYLI as Senior Business Development Manager for the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia, market. Letourneau will oversee marketing and business development, holding the lead responsibility for preparing proposals, client negotiations, and client management.

Letourneau comes to TYLI with over 22 years of civil engineering experience, including senior project management positions in the private sector. He has been responsible for maintaining relationships with key transportation management partners at the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), county governments, and municipal clients. Letourneau’s projects include work for GDOT, Gwinnett County, Cobb County, DeKalb County, Forsyth County, Paulding County, Douglas County, Henry County, and the Cities of Atlanta, Alpharetta, Milton, and Duluth.

“Bryon joins the T.Y. Lin International family with a wealth of project management, team leadership, and business development experience. He has also shown initiative and innovation when it comes to seeking advanced technology solutions to address the transportation needs of Georgia commuters,” said Chuck Deeb, P.E., LEED® AP, TYLI Vice President. “We have targeted the Atlanta market for aggressive expansion in the Surface Transportation arena. Bryon’s skills, reputation, and strong local relationships will be instrumental to our meeting that goal.”

A registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, Letourneau earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He is certified as a Level II Certified Design Professional with the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC). He is also certified for the GDOT Plan Development Process (PDP).

Letourneau is an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia), the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers (GSPE), and the American Association of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
