T.Y. Lin International Names David Tingley as Vice President of Finance, Americas

T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, announces that David (Dave) Tingley has joined the firm as Vice President of Finance for TYLI’s Americas Region. As a member of the TYLI management team, Tingley’s responsibilities will include all core financial-related activities of the Americas business. He will oversee financial strategy, budgeting and planning, reporting, pricing, working capital management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration activities.
Tingley joins TYLI with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and operational finance and accounting. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance, supporting two multinational business lines of a global private equity-owned engineering services firm with annual revenues in excess of $6 billion. Prior to that, Tingley held positions of increasing responsibility at a global publicly-traded architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) professional services firm.

Tingley is a Certified Public Accountant and received both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, College of Arts and Humanities, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
