TYLin Appoints Arthur Jones-Dove, as Vice President and Sector Manager for the Water Sector in the Mid-Atlantic
TYLin, a globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Arthur Jones-Dove, PE, CCM, MBA, PMP, PgMP, as Vice President and Sector Manager for the Water Sector in the Mid-Atlantic.
With over 25 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, Mr. Jones-Dove brings a proven track record of successfully leading major programs, providing innovative solutions, and delivering exceptional leadership and operational management. His expertise spans strategic relationship building, program delivery, and fostering client trust through impactful partnerships.

Arthur has made significant contributions to the Mid-Atlantic region through his professional work and as Chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Metropolitan Washington (ACEC/MW). His visibility and influence will be instrumental in advancing TYLin’s Water Sector goals.
