TYLin Welcomes John Daza, PE as Senior Program Manager for the PM+CM Practice
TYLin’s Project Management + Construction Management (PM+CM) practice area is pleased to announce the addition of John Daza, PE, as Senior Program Manager.
John is a distinguished professional with a wealth of experience in overseeing intricate transportation and infrastructure projects. With a strong track record of success, he has played a pivotal role in delivering design, program, and construction management services for a multitude of projects in and around the New York and District of Columbia (DC) metropolitan areas, encompassing bridges, tunnels, transit and rail systems, roadways, and associated facilities.
John has provided steadfast leadership for a wide array of high-profile transportation projects. Notable achievements include spearheading the WMATA Task Order Management Contract, orchestrating the extensive revitalization of over 60 New York City subway stations, implementing flood-resistant measures for various transit yards, conducting rigorous inspections of more than 175 transit stations, and swiftly responding to emergency inspections covering 60 miles of steel and concrete structures. John also played a pivotal role in the comprehensive reconstruction of the roadway network surrounding the iconic World Trade Center site and overseeing critical maintenance and enhancements to the Holland and Lincoln tunnels.

John also actively participates in the industry through his work with the American Council of Engineering Companies of Metropolitan Washington (ACEC/MW) as Chair of the WMATA Committee, membership in the Washington Area Railway Engineering Society (W.A.R.E.S.) and supporting diversity initiatives through Latinos in Transit (LIT).
