John is a distinguished professional with a wealth of experience in overseeing intricate transportation and infrastructure projects. With a strong track record of success, he has played a pivotal role in delivering design, program, and construction management services for a multitude of projects in and around the New York and District of Columbia (DC) metropolitan areas, encompassing bridges, tunnels, transit and rail systems, roadways, and associated facilities.

John has provided steadfast leadership for a wide array of high-profile transportation projects. Notable achievements include spearheading the WMATA Task Order Management Contract, orchestrating the extensive revitalization of over 60 New York City subway stations, implementing flood-resistant measures for various transit yards, conducting rigorous inspections of more than 175 transit stations, and swiftly responding to emergency inspections covering 60 miles of steel and concrete structures. “John thrives on his involvement in complex, multi-disciplinary programs,” explains Phil Yartey, PE, Senior Vice President, and PM + CM Practice Leader of the Americas. “Our clients will benefit from his extensive experience in developing and managing large complex capital programs and renovation of major public facilities.”
