Jay Holombo
Jay specializes in the development of innovative solutions for bridge and transportation-related structures projects, and he has a proven track record of leading highly motivated professionals to deliver projects within schedule and budgetary constraints.
Jay has extensive experience in project management, structural design, construction support, applied research, strategic and operational planning, and business development.
Jay is a recognized leader in the design of precast, prestressed concrete bridges in high-seismic regions. His leadership has been demonstrated in numerous design and construction projects, technical publications, applied research for national and state agencies, and direct involvement with the precast industry, Caltrans, and general contractors.
He serves as Lead Instructor and Co-Creator of the Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) Bridge Design Course offered through University of California, Berkeley Tech Transfer Program.
