Dan is a Principal bridge engineer and Vice President. He is the Sector Manager for Bridges in the Southwest and a pedestrian bridge specialist.

His professional engineering consulting experience includes design of bridges of all types and sizes all around the world. The variety of projects Dan has worked on ranges from what was the longest concrete viaduct in the world, to intricately unique curved steel suspension bridges and everything in between. The underlying theme among his projects is an attempt to push the construction materials to their limits. Whether to maximize construction efficiency or dramatize and architectural expression, he brings an understanding of material properties and structural behavior to each project.
