TYLin’s Donald Hromada, PE, Promoted in PM + CM Practice
TYLin is pleased to announce Donald Hromada, PE, has been named Project Management + Construction Management (PM + CM) Sector Manager, New York Bridge and Road + Highways. In his expanded role, Donald will lead the delivery of our PM and CM services with a focus on sales, utilization, and project budgets and schedules for his sectors.
Donald joined the firm in 2021. With his more than 45 years of varied experience in the management of construction and engineering projects, as well as the initiation of new business, Donald is well prepared for his new role. He has demonstrated his ability to coordinate and control construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, oversee general contractors and subcontractors, direct office and field inspection staff, control project costs, evaluate and negotiate contractor claims, and manage manpower planning. Donald has worked extensively with the New York State Department of Transportation and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, other key clients include New York City Department of Design and Construction, and the New York City Department of Transportation.
