Ian MacLeod serves as Chief Administrative Officer for TYLin Group. In this role he guides the company on organizational design and effectiveness initiatives which support the achievement of our strategic goals.
Ian leads the coordination and advancement of our shared services functions, company integrations, organizational design programs, incident management, and liaises on Sidara-wide initiatives.
Ian has more than 30 years of experience leading global professional services organizations. His proven success includes building best-in-class HR organizations and maximizing firmwide talent and organizational capability through comprehensive initiatives and programs.
