Jeff has 36 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of highways, bridges and viaducts. He has performed numerous bridge inspections and ratings, as well as prepared bridge condition reports for various types of bridges, viaducts, and roadways.

He has served as an assistant resident engineer and as lead structural inspector for several bridge reconstruction projects.
