TYLin’s expert teams in Europe and Latin America (TYLin EU/LATAM) prioritize collaboration with our clients. Our knowledge of design, construction, management, inspection, and assessment of bridges and unique structures grows out of years of work with various public administrations and professional and technical organizations. With the Spanish Ministry of Public Works, we created an inventory guide for bridges, culverts, and footbridges, as well as participating in technical committees and the creation of technical guides for a range of infrastructure projects.

Construction support services include engineering and inspection, with specialized technical assistance for owners, administrations, and contractors. Our team delivers evaluation reports, detailed and special inspections, pathology analysis, drafting of structural repair projects, and defines processes and construction procedures for emergency situations.

We also provide technical coordination and follow-up for the execution of steel, concrete, or composite structures and quality control assurance at steel workshops, including reviewing detailed design drawings, supervision of shop drawings, and technical assistance for the fabrication of steel structures.
