Phil is a staunch advocate of safety training, certification, and continuous education for himself and his team. He has over 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and project management of complex infrastructure projects. His professional experience spans several states and caters to public and private clients. Phil specializes in construction management, condition assessment, structural engineering and providing construction support services for both vertical and horizontal assets.

Phil has substantial advanced education and training in the multiple facets of construction management (estimating, scheduling, and budgeting) and project evaluation, including condition assessment and life cycle analysis.
