Philip Yartey, PE, is the Senior Vice President and Project Management + Construction Management (PM+CM) Practice Leader for the Americas at TYLin. In this role, he oversees operations and performance, leading a team of seven Sector Managers and more than 250 PM+CM professionals. Under Philip’s leadership, TYLin’s PM+CM practice has thrived, driven by a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and excellence that ensures project success.

With over two decades of experience managing complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs, Philip is recognized for his passion for innovation and problem-solving. His strategic vision and ability to seamlessly integrate technology, resources, and talent have consistently delivered outstanding results across diverse industries.

Philip’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, high performance, and a steadfast commitment to safety. His efforts to foster a culture of excellence have enhanced productivity and enabled successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

A licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and a Certified Construction Manager, Philip holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Calvin College. Known for his exceptional communication skills and collaborative approach, he is widely respected as a leader in the field of Project and Construction Management.
