TYLin provided construction supervision services for the National Biotechnology Research Park (NBRP) of Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan.
The development is divided into two principal areas, 11.94 hectares (119, 400 square meters) of ecological reserve and the 25.3-hectare (253,000-square meter) Bioinformatics Center. Together, they house four research centers: the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), National Laboratory Animal Center (NLAC), Biotechnology Development Center (DCB), and Supra Integration and Incubation Center (SIAC) 7.
The project included the design and construction of seven buildings ranging from six to eight floors in height and two basement levels. The total floor area is 157,868 square meters.

- NBRP was developed to foster innovative research by tightly integrating key institutions.
