Oakland A’s Peer Review
TYLin is serving as the Oakland DOT’s peer reviewer for the transportation plan for the proposed Oakland A’s ballpark at Howard Terminal, on the Oakland waterfront.
TYLin is evaluating all traffic analysis, parking analysis, TDM mitigation measures, and TNC management strategies as part of the CEQA process. It also advises the city on public outreach efforts. Peer review recommendations have resulted in greater transit priority, including bus route extensions and bus priority lanes, additional TNC management techniques, and a plan for an intermodal mobility hub adjacent to the ballpark.
