With over 20 years of experience, she has served as engineering manager leading technical engineering initiatives in the design of wastewater treatment facilities. Saritha’s experience includes improving treatment reliability, increasing capacity, biological nutrient removal involving three- and five-stage aeration system upgrades, and design of ultraviolet (UV) disinfection systems. She has led multidiscipline wastewater design projects encompassing most wastewater treatment processes and equipment types. She is well versed in all aspects of project management including feasibility studies, concept design and technology selection, preliminary and detailed design work, and construction phase service efforts.
