Bridging Gaps and Inspiring Future Engineers in Rwanda

Now that the paint has dried, muscles have recovered, and jetlag is over, TYLin is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our 2024 volunteer mission in Rwanda with Bridges to Prosperity (B2P)!
Our team of 10 engineers from TYLin, Dar, and Introba spent 10 days constructing the Muregeya Trail Bridge for the Rubengera community of Karongi. This latest endeavor with B2P highlights our commitment to innovative engineering, building community connections, and creating opportunities for our employees’ personal and professional growth.
As essential infrastructure, the Muregeya Trail Bridge provides safe, year-round access for over 2,500 residents to markets, schools, health services, and transportation routes. The collaborative effort with local workers, the warm hospitality of the Rwandan community, and inspiring interactions with local students made this project especially meaningful.
Our mission continues to go beyond building bridges; it’s about creating enduring connections and encouraging future generations.
