Connect 2035: Spokane Transit Authority Strategic Plan

The plan will articulate a clear vision for how STA’s services will evolve to continue meeting the needs of the growing region and how continued investments in sustainability and equity can drive inclusive, resilient growth. As part of the plan, the TYLin team updated STA’s vision and mission and identified three core goals based on workshops with staff and leadership, conversations with community-based organizations, engagement with riders, and discussion with stakeholders across the region. 

The team is now conducting financial modeling, evaluating the fixed-route bus network, and assessing the organization’s capacity and processes to inform the development of a compelling list of projects, programs, and initiatives to deliver over the coming decade.
