Riviera Point Phase 1A
TYLin provided civil and structural engineering services for Riviera Point - Phase 1A, a high-rise condominium complex in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Located along the Ca Cam River, the 40-story Riviera Point opened as the tallest condominium development in the city’s District 7, offering 2,099 high-end waterfront apartments.
Phase 1A included three blocks of 40-story buildings and one 4-story block for offices and services. In addition, the development features a “sky garden” on the fifth floor of each tower.
A retail shopping and dining corridor was also developed along the river promenade, allowing alfresco dining experiences.

Structural elements include flat slab with perimeter reinforced concrete beams and shear walls.
- Link bridges connect towers 3 and 5 on the 5th floor and towers 4 and 5 on the 5th and 29th floors.
