DAR Holdings USA Appoints Jennifer Lee as General Counsel
DAR Holdings USA, a group of globally recognized full-service infrastructure consulting firms, announces that Jennifer Lee has been appointed General Counsel. As a key member of the executive management team, Lee will be responsible for leading DAR Holdings USA’s legal and compliance matters, both domestic and international.

Lee has more than a dozen years of legal experience, including serving as Assistant General Counsel for professional services firms and as a senior litigator in the San Francisco office of an international law firm. Most recently, she directed corporate legal operations for one of the largest global Architecture/Engineering firms in the United States. Her oversight included claims and litigation management, dispute resolution, electronic discovery and data privacy, and contracts. Lee also has extensive national and international experience in legal issues related to construction risk management, insurance, compliance, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Lee holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in San Francisco, California, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Bar Association, and the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California (KABANC). Lee is active in legal and risk management communities, especially those focused on the construction industry.
