He also acted as Deputy Task Project Manager/Project Engineer on behalf of ADOT for the development of preliminary design services, RFP documents, and final design and construction oversight for the SR 101L/Maryland Avenue HOV Ramps Design-Build Project in Glendale, Arizona. This project added direct access ramps in support of the anticipated capacity of Super Bowl XLIX at the University of Phoenix Stadium.
A registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, Baca received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
